Shipping & ReturnsUPS SHIPMENTS
Most of our shipments are by United Parcel Service ground delivery. UPS requires a street address (UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box). UPS tries to deliver a package three times before returning the order to JDA ENTERPRISES. If no one is available to accept the merchandise, a notice will be left with further instructions. Please contact UPS immediately so your shipment will be delivered to you without delay.
U.S. MAIL and FedEx USED ONLY UPON REQUEST.
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately notify UPS so that all the steps necessary will be taken to insure a prompt replacement of any damaged goods. Notify JDA'S customer service department for instructions on returning damaged goods. JDA is not responsible if notification is not given within 5 days of receipt.
JDA products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from original date of purchase. Any warranty is limited to repair or replacement of item or items, up to the original purchase price of said item(s). The item should be returned tot he place of purchase, accompanied by the original invoice. This warranty does not apply to any product damaged in transit, from accident, misuse or abuse.
Although back orders are rare at JDA, they do occur. We will give you an approximate date of availability.
All sales are considered to be final. If items are returned for any reason other than being defective,there will be a 20% restocking charge. A credit only will be issued for all such parts.
All products are shipped in bulk unless otherwise specified.
